I heard a law radio show today that addressed this. They said that the directive was written by an advisor who didn’t carry the authority to have the directive have the same weight as the EO. In other words, it could be ignored. Still doesn’t make the 9th circus right but President Trump will do what he has to.

Maybe a bit shell shocked shocked is not it. But there was something different about him today. It could be he is really really angry. I do believe he is surprised at the treachery of this court. He knows the law supports him 100% yet they ignored it. I suspect he realizes the courts are a clear and present danger and it must be confronted as sure as ISIS.
Let’s see some liberal judge try to restrain the President.
I am sure he is angry but he knows how to vent and control anger.
Perhaps he is so committed to protecting people and saving lives, and he’s been briefed about who is trying to get what into the country, that he cannot see a way of meeting the court challenge without someone, somewhere, dying in the meantime.
So you have a point.
As I know him from so much research, I know that when people say he has a huge heart, it is true, and he knows there will be deaths while he and the courts continue to battle. Regardless of the blame going to these treacherous judges, the President does not care about blame, he cares about saving lives.

Watched. He looked good, very presidential. Don’t know if he looks stunned, resigned, shocked, he looked subdued.
I wouldn’t say Donald Trump is unaccustomed to these types of meetings and press events, as has been in front of the public as a CEO on countless occasions and dealt with the press.
But he may be adjusting to his role as President in more subdued tones. Still, I saw the fire in his belly smoldering.
He looked fine, and he said his administration was going to win the court case.
Did not see an iota or suggestion of defeat in this video of him.
