An internet search is the best way to find old posts on FR.

I recently found my very first post that way.

This reminds me of something I found a while ago. I’m not sure it would help the OP, but somehow I found a site where a person continues to save all of my FR cooking-thread links, and has continued to save them, even while I’ve been gone over the past month and Yaelle and CottonBall have taken over for me. I think I originally stumbled upon this by searching on my FR name, and a key word or two from a recipe that I was trying to find.

I’ve never understood this - this person must have an automated method of roaming around and picking up cooking threads when they’re posted. I’m not very smart about software and how this might be done, but here it is:

In the beginning, I started to list all the threads on my profile page, so people might be able to find recipes again; but it became too much of a chore and I never finished.

Now I’m thinking I should just link to this anonymous benefactor’s website ;-)
