Share your concern about all-ivy court. Equally as worried about ultra-liberal Boulder County, ultra-liberal church, and globalist quagmire CFR. Find it hard to believe an actual conservative would sign on for any of that.
That said, he appears to be a genuine friend of the 4th amendment which is something that’s been sorely lacking from SCOTUS for a long time. He also has a background in anti-trust litigation.
Time will tell because he’s pretty much a lock at this point.
I’d like to know his views on the Heller, Obergefell, and ACA cases, as well as stare decisis.
