My declawed cat has no problems climbing trees and when it is warm enough to leave the back door open leaves multiple kills daily in the house. I think he is muslim, he likes to behead his victims and leave them in public places.
I have two front feet only declawed Tom cats who also climb trees and catch pray. They mainly choose to be outdoors, but can come inside at will.
