Johnny Depp $30,000/month wine-$2 million/month lifestyle to blame for his money woes (Tr.)
Daily Mail ^ | 1-31-2017 | Staff

In addition to owning multiple homes and a luxury yacht, he spends $30,000 a month on wine, travels by private jet and maintains 12 storage facilities housing his fine art and memorabilia collections.

That's according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday by his former managers who are asking a judge to rule that the actor has no-one but himself to blame for his financial troubles. 'Depp lived an ultra-extravagant lifestyle that often knowingly cost Depp in excess of $2 million per month to maintain, which he simply could not afford,' attorney Michael Kump wrote in the cross-complaint. 'Depp, and Depp alone, is fully responsible for any financial turmoil he finds himself in today.'

Wow!
Getting out of the marriage to Amber Heard cost him $7 million!
In return for the dough she dropped the domestic violence charge against him.
Sweet of her.

"I only spend 10 grand a month on wine."

Yeah, but that's only for you. If you started inviting the rest of us over, it would get to $30,000 without pausing a lick ...

Drinking one $100 bottle a day x avg 30 days / month is about $3,000 ...

He’s doing 10 times that amount.

If it weren’t for Hollywood, being batshit crazy he’d have been living under a bridge for the past several decades after the male prostitution gig dried up, so he’s grateful to even have an entourage.

Once you get a taste of good wine — and I mean the really good stuff — and you learn how to savor it and appreciate it, it becomes quite addicting.

We live in a “wine country” type area and I have a hard time avoiding it, no matter how hard I try. The only thing I can do is try to imbibe as moderately as I can . . . stretch out the time in between bottles, have only ONE glass, etc.

Oh, I know. I used to enjoy seeking out the really good bargains - the ones still priced like Woodbridge but with quality approaching Silver Oak. I just can't drink as much now, so I quit experimenting and stick with the nicer wines that I know I'll enjoy. Same thing with whiskeys and even coffee, I'd rather pay a bit more (within reason) and get the good stuff. People just have to decide for themselves where the quality/cost graph gets hits a wall.

It appears the picture with the glove and blood depicts his ring finger as bleeding, while the picture below shows it is his middle finger that has the scar.

#33 Leave Kool-Aid in the fridge for a few weeks and you have wine.

Johnny Depp has always been crazy. He even dated Winona Ryder.

” Just look at her face. Tough to put a price tag on that.”

I make women look like that and they’re not even wearing clothes, let alone sitting in a car.

And it’s all gratis.

I noticed that. Those dirty hands are a mechanics and that cut is from a radiator fan. Seen it more than once. Mine took three stitches.
I doubt Depps hands get that dirty making his pirate movies.

Johnny Depp will henceforth be known as Johnny Dope!

The German noun "Depp" (masculine) means "idiot" or "fool."
