My letter to whitehouse.gov:

A plea to president Trump and Congress for the creation of a volunteer civilian workforce (similiar to the Civilian Conservation Core) 'Wallunteers' for the sole purpose of building the wall on the southern border of The United States.

Said 'Wallunteers' service period would be 3 months , limited to citizens of the United States; housing and transportation costs provided, along with a minimum wage. The citizen's regular job would be protected (similar to National Guard service) until that civilian returned home from service.

In closing, I think this would be an satisfying opportunity for a US citizen to serve their fellow countrymen for a short period of time, then return to their regular jobs and homes. If you like this idea, please let me know. Thank you.
