In my opinion, the Trump crowd was bigger. Check out the extreme upper left and extreme upper right in the 2017 pic. See those streets, each with about 1200-1500 people? Now check the same areas in the Obama Immaculation (thanks Rush) pic. Where is everybody?
There is also a link to a Google Gigapixel version at The Conservative Treehouse which makes it clear that the mall was packed, all the way back to the Washington Monument.
