This is a national organized crime wave starting with Ferguson. These violations need to be cumulative and not create nightly because they are the first offense in that city. Repeat offenders anywhere should face a double sentence and then doubled again until they learn they cannot burn, damage and destroy other people’s property no matter who pays them.
