It’s not “Marine One” or “Air Force One” when former presidents are on board, only when the current chief executive is on the aircraft.
I agree, but there is a larger issue here.
What gives him the right to fly out of Washington DC on government aircraft? He is no longer employed. He should pay his own way out of DC.
