Unity is a strength. People coming together DESPITE their differences is a strength. Diversity alone is absolutely a weakness.

I agree. If everyone has different political beliefs, ethics, language, religion, work habits, customs, etc., they aren't naturally going to work together to achieve the same goals because each group will have different goals and strategies for how to achieve them.
