Even if the Material Slut was running off her mouth, there is still the possibility of some wackjob getting “inspired” to act and do something. In that case there is a precedent for “vicarious liability” that could be applied to the Material Slut. A precedent set by all people the Southern Poverty Law Center in SPLC v. Tom Metzger.
