Don't mess with CNN. That's the unvarnished version of a message that the network's president, Jeff Zucker, delivered to President-elect Donald Trump in an interview published on Thursday by New York magazine.
"One of the things I think this administration hasnt figured out yet is that theres only one television network that is seen in Beijing, Moscow, Seoul, Tokyo, Pyongyang, Baghdad, Tehran and Damascus and thats CNN," Zucker said. "The perception of Donald Trump in capitals around the world is shaped, in many ways, by CNN. Continuing to have an adversarial relationship with that network is a mistake."

Oh I think you need to go %$@# off, CNN.
This isn't 1988. Even the commies have the internet.

The equivalent of shooting spit balls at battleship.
Hopefully, CNN will cease to exist by the end of the Trump Presidency.

How does coming right out and saying they don't report news, they "shape perceptions" adds to their claim of objectivity?
Oh, wait. They don't even claim that anymore, do they.

In order for this to be a threat, Zucker would have to be saying that CNN would slant the news against Trump if they are not happy with how they are treated.
So the president of CNN makes it clear, they have no intention of reporting the news honestly. If Trump is a good boy, they will slant the news his way, if he's a bad boy, they will slant the news another way. No where does he say CNN will just honestly report the news.

Dear Mr. Zucker:
Get yourself and your company out of my house.
Sincerely, and I mean with Secret Service backing,
Mr. President

But J. Sucker, Trump’s Tweets are seen in another 57 countries and they’re still seen in Beijing, Moscow, Seoul, Tokyo, Pyongyang, Baghdad, Tehran and Damascus and thats Trump.

Zucker needs to remember there is only one FCC that can revoke his license to broadcast in the United States.
CNN is cable. I may be wrong, but the FCC only has authority on over the air transmission.
