I work at a university. Eight years ago, the campus had TVs set up EVERYWHERE across campus. All the departments and powers-that-be were sending out emails “strongly encouraging” managers to give staff “time away from their duties to witness this amazing historic event.” (Paid of course) People were huddled around TVs, crying, hugging, and cheering. I just locked myself in my office and avoided the religious fawning. Funny, I haven’t seen a single email this year, nor a single location specified for where the TVS will be set up. It’s been really quiet, almost like Friday’s inauguration isn’t taking place. I can’t imagine why. ;-)
Same here my friend. Was a spiritual experience for sure. Sometimes in the wicked world the lines between good and evil seem so clear. If only for a moment.

My husband is too. It's a research day for him so he's staying home to watch. I'm gearing up for Friday by reading Larry Schweikart's, aka LS, just released book: How Trump Won. It showed up on my Kindle this morning. A fun read! I'm also praying for Trump's safety!
