Local press as the victim is from my township and this has been widely reported by media outlets throughout the region.

This is a local story for me. I heard the headlines read on the radio twice and couldn’t comprehend it. I had to read the story myself. Total sick monsters. They tried to kill themselves but failed. The rage inside mew at these two is not a Christian feeling I care to dwell on.
I’m not a nurse, but I’d be more than happy to try to get an IV in them. Might take me a few tries...

Read it on the Daily Mail, a UK news site. I didn’t see it on any of the US new sites like Newsbusters or Breitbart.
just looked the facts of this case and am now sick to my stomach. the mother was mentally ill and poor. the father was also mentally handicapped. it sounds like they truly Loved there kids and when there rights were terminated a combination of being to poor to fight for them and thinking that there kids would be taken care of better then they could made them decide to not fight for custody.
Every adult in Grace Packer's life including her birth mother failed her. Grace is dead because no one was adult enough to stand up for her.
