Don't think she wants to go through the grinder...but I don't think anything will come of it either. I saw a couple of excerpts of what she did...and it was not plagiarism...it was direct quotes by a named individual. The same quote appeared in someone else’s book.
I’m glad she withdrew, simply because of the distraction level, but is it true that what you have described was the extent of her “plagiarism”? Unless these were private interviews, perhaps, but otherwise, it doesn’t seem like it should be considered plagiarism.
