I think there is one forthcoming, and I think Trump will tell the NY authorities to ignore it and try her under state or RICO. Either way, she needs a week to destroy everything and I’m sure they’re on it! It is funny that there is no union representation in the CGI. What a bunch of hypocrites!

I’m guessing that’s only for a three months of payments to staff; everything else will be destroyed by 12:01 PM on 1/20.

Hopefully not before it’s investigated for the principles using money for things like spending charitable donations on wedding dresses, personal transportation, and God knows what else.
My sense is that this is a strategic move on their part and not one born of financial necessity.
I would first suspect that Hillary has been told there is no Obama pardon coming her way.
Next, I’d say that the closure gives the excuse to destroy anything faintly resembling a record....which would be necessary given no pardon.
That should also be factored into the continuing attacks on Trump over the Russia nonsense.
Why would Obama not pardon her?
1. He never liked her, and she blew an election with her technology transgressions. IOW, he’s also PO’d at her.
2. She doesn’t have anything on him to hurt him.
3. She doesn’t have anything to bribe him with that he is interested in or can’t get on his own.
4. There are no provable connections between him and anything nefarious she has done.

EMPHASIS should be placed here: the Clintons raised money for a specific project, and got people to contribute for that particular project ....... soliciting by snailmail or email.
Podesta’s recent email drop asserts contributions were diverted elsewhere. Monies donated to “help the poor” diverted to finance Chelsea’s wedding, Bill’s globe-trotting, high-end staff salaries, glitzy events, admin costs, is considered mail/electronic fraud.
