Only here, they waited till Drivers got back in the Van and then ran up to people’s door’s and stole everything. This went on for the month of December, I assume it still does.

Delivery services don’t deliver to certain zip codes in Chicago. People have to pick up packages.
Too much of a risk.
I live 40 miles north of Chicago in a Caucasian area. Delivery guys leave stuff on my front porch all the time. Never a problem.
Can you imagine if people in Chicago called anytime they had concerns about their surroundings! And the police would laugh at delivery drivers making such calls.
