I’m afraid your Geography knowledge is poor. Asia begins at Turkey and Pakistan is well inside the continent of Asia.
It has nothing to do with my knowledge of geography. Israelis are Asians too by that reckoning. It has to do with my understanding of English usage. See I've actually sat with English subjects and listened to them complain about the "Pakistanis." The word "Asian," was never used. And here in the US when people talk about how Asians outperform other groups in various educational pursuits, they are NEVER talking about Pakistanis or Turks.
