Santa Barbara beaches have oil leaking out of the cliff face and tar balls and blacken sand on the beach itself.
This would be a major oil spill but as it is nature and no company to sue the whackos don’t complain.

Oil actually boils up out of the Santa Barbara channel.

From the cliff you can often see slicks floating by.

Had black foot plenty of times from walking the beach at low tide.
