We have an "EGAD!" coal fired power plant here in Panama City, FL. So many fish come in to enjoy the warmer water in its cooling canal in the winter they had to make it strictly "catch and release" ONLY to fish there. Before they did that, you could catch a bushel basket full of speckled trout ("specs" to my fellow Gulf Coastal residents) in about an hour.
