She prefers to stay single?
Wait-—wut?
A battery operated girl that’s programmed to reject men?
Dang. That’s cold.

Dang. Thats cold. Speaking of cold, that's just a pile of cold latex rubber. Can't compare to a real woman with warmth. And has got to be real heavy with batteries. Dangerous to take a shower with that one.

too much suds voids the warranty. See Cherry 2000 (1987)

We laugh, but our grand children will one day interact with artificially intelligent humanoids on a daily basis, and think nothing of it.
In fact, they’ll become so technologically perfect, that many people won’t even know they’re not human.

Wouldn’t it be weird if the prophecy “And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” was something like this?

I've also thought for a long time that once these artificially intelligent humanoids reach a certain stage of perfection and sophistication, that they'll begin to exert a sort of autonomy or self-determinism that may well become a serious problem for future generations.
There's every chance that their intelligence capacity could exceed that of ordinary humans, at some point. Who knows if one or more of them will turn into a super HAL?
Scary thoughts.

“Scary thoughts.”
Frequent ones that I ponder, late at night, with insomnia as a not-so-boon companion.
And her sullen and aborted
Currents breed tiny monsters

"Scary thoughts" you say?
Let me quote from one whose river and mine are frequently confluent:
"And if my thought-dreams could be seen
They'd probably put my head in a guillotine
But it's alright, Ma, it's life, and life only"
