Well, he supposedly DID say “a man” but there was a hiccup in the transmission. But, think about that brief moment, first step on the moon. Would be tough to keep it together at that point. Overwhelming.
Oh, I've never faulted Neil Armstrong for goofing that line. He got it right enough for such an historic moment. It still stands as one of the greatest achievements in human history.
