WOW! that looks amazing. Cooking a pork loin for guests tomorrow and the tian will be perfect side dish.
Caution: do not pack the vegetables TOO tightly as the potatoes may not fully roast. Next time I am going to try spinach between the rows and throw a few cherry tomatoes on top. Of course, home grown summer ingredients are the best.
