So, I click on the link to the story @ WSJ, and it says I must subscribe or login to read the story. However, my status bar displays a flurry of activity through “doubleclick” and a bunch of other sites. So I can’t read the story, but WSJ still makes money on my pathetic attempt anyway. Am I getting that right?

Copy and paste the title in Google, you'll be able to access it that way. That is how I was able to access it.
