Canadians killed by police... Notice the increase over the years???? Apparently, America isn't the only place where death by police isn't increasing.

Pardon me... ‘IS’ increasing. My theory... Inexperiences police officers... They were formerly veterans of war... Now they’re just dudes who like to play with guns and beat people up. Just saying...
