ROCK HILL A 28-year-old woman has been charged with exposing herself outside a Saluda Street barber shop, where she was visible to her four children, according to a Rock Hill police report.
Latigra Charell Ervin Heath, 28, was arrested after she exposed herself to a group of men outside the Gaston Barber Shop on Saluda Street, the report says. Rock Hill police responded to the reported incident at 1:27 p.m. Sunday.
Heath was charged with indecent exposure and unlawful conduct towards a child, according to a Rock Hill police report.
Heath told police that she was being paid to clean the business dressed in red lingerie, the report says. Officers told her to stop, because her four children and other citizens could see her, the report says.

I’m not making this up.. It really happened.
Years ago when I first hung out my shingle as a CPA I had a sign hand painted to be hung along the street in front of my office building. It was a beautiful sign approximately 2 ft high and 3 ft wide, white with black lettering shadowed in grey. Since it was hanging on a post along the street, both sides were painted so traffic coming either direction could read it.
It was absolutely beautiful except for one misspelling,the same word on both sides of the sign.
In bold black lettering 4 inches high it said:
Certified Pubic Accountant
Needless to say, after the sign painter stopped laughing (and I took a few pictures) she agreed to make the correction for free.
If she had done this in Times Square she could have posed for pictures with her 4 kids and a few tourists and gotten paid $10 for her troubles while the cops stood by.
“Latigra,” is it? Don’t even have to guess...

Officers responded to an assault at a home on the 500 block of Glenn Street about 10 a.m. Wednesday, according to a police report.
Latigra Heath, 26, told officers she got into a fight with 28-year-old Mirrumonty Meeks.
During this fight, Heath was bitten on her left foot and her right eye was scratched, police said. Meeks was stabbed in both arms, and was transported by EMS to Piedmont Medical Center for treatment.
Heath was charged with second-degree assault and battery and placed in the Rock Hill city jail, where she remained Thursday under $6,000 bond.

Heath’s children were released to her father, police said.

It does kind of beg the question though: if a person is dressed provocatively in her own home or business, even if a passerby can see her, can it be considered indecent exposure or public indecency? What steps does one need to take to prevent the public from seeing into a private space?
