My personal choice for the Notmeg's replacement would be Lou Dobbs. I'm not hung up on gender diversity...just pick the best person for each and every job in the US of A...and to heck with "optics".

Kelly is a Leftist, with feminist tendencies even in the face of personal success. Her talent on smarts and verbal skills paid off. It’s just that her core political instincts are ABSOLUTELY NON-EXISTENT, and made her barely a patriot and mostly very bad for the country, in the terrible influences that she is willing to support.
I respect her superb intelligence and her superior quickness, but she stinks over all, as a personality, imho, based upon every single thing she says and does. A FENCE SITTER, whose analysis of political news, issues and statements is immature and self indulgent. Period.
Her husband must be so laid back as to be unconcious, by now, to still tolerate her Type Triple AAA demands and nervous twitty-ness.
