Perhaps in a application but I find II Thessalonians to speak of the world in general after the Lord’s rapture of the church. Because they refused to believe they will now be unable to believe - but we turned over (by God) to the strong delusion which allows him to accept the antichrist’s reign.
It is a horrible thing to hear the gospel explained in a clear and concise manner and refuse to respond. Folks sometimes say “wait” . . . but that is really a no.
That is a very dangerous thing.
