A lawyer who actually thought you had a chance would have worked on a contingency basis, because it would have meant a big payday for him. That should have been your first clue that you were on a fools errand.

Did he make good money at some point in time to spend nearly a million dollars for his suit?

If he was in debt he must have taken out loans or borrowed from friends. So how does someone who complained about not being able to get a job get loans, even from friends?

I am saddened by his decision, but am not really surprised I guess.

His lawyer should have told him the truth. This was never about gay rights this was about public nudity laws. People have been complaining about all the nudity at these gay pride parades. Even some libs don’t like taking their kids there and seeing a 50 year old man butt naked. Now the cops are cracking down and the gays will have to wear clothing.

In stead of dressing as the Gladiator he will have to dress as the Emperor, make this a toga party.
