Can’t believe any insurer would take on that liability for a well known drug addict.

She had been on the mend and in the lat couple of years looked a hell of a lot better than she did previously.

For a high enough premium you can ensure ANYBODY and practically ANYTHING. It is a risk analysis performed by the underwriters.

But, it was a natural, wasn’t it? Not and accident?
Or, does that matter?

According to TMZ, they already did the autopsy to find out what caused her to go into cardiac arrest on the plane and they said cause of death “Not Obvious” now it would be super easy for them to see a heart attack on autopsy, not sure about a blood clot, but makes ya wonder what really killed her

Any bets on whether the insurance company claims that Disney left off some material fact on the policy and tries to void it or negotiate a smaller payout?

The psychiatric drugs she took for the manic-depressive disorder take a toll on your body.

I’m sure that the premium for the policy was quite high for a 60 year old with drug problems.

But that’s what insurance companies do, assess the risk and put a price on it.

I would not be surprised at all if that happens. As I always tell my clients, insurance companies exist to collect premiums and deny claims.

Deep Vein Thrombisis (DVT) after a long flight was my first guess.

It can happen to anybody.
