Bad casting, anyway. Cage's face has the wrong proportions. They should cast Jim Caviezel, who played Jesus in Passion of the Christ. His face shape, brow, nose and chinline are the right proportions, and he had the courage to take that role, and his career is not Hollywood blockbusters, but he has survived.

Cage's style of acting reminds me of Rosanne Barr: dry, monotone, no emotion. I skip all the movies Cage is in nowadays, he's going to be the same character in all of them.
Reagan needs an actor to portray his charm and warmth - not simply read lines. Anyone know if he ever commented on who should play him? He had ties to CA and the film industry.

His acting and his life style have had the biggest impact.
Despite making 10’s of millions he was broke and had to take on any movie to pay back the IRS.
