PTSD or a sign of the times when it seems to be the new “it” word.....I think I’ve heard it more in the last 10 years than I had in my whole life before then and I’m OLD.......lol

Yes.

In WW1 it was called “Shell shock”.
In WW2 it was called “Battle fatigue”.
The term PTSD seems to have come from the Vietnam era.

It seems we are stuck with it, because it has worked its way into the lexicon. (sigh)
