My guess is that it is the remains of a spin-casting fishing reel...

Posted #43 based on only the original photo-- who has no indication of scale...

Now that I've seen the other photos and the extent of the damage, I'll go with some sort of carbon-fiber composite nose cone or tank section from a space asset of some sort...

What kind of imbecile would call that “a cone shape.”

I have heard people say, when there’s a grinding, scraping, metallic sound, “What’s causing that buzzing?”

Never believe eyewitnesses!

Graphite carbon composite propulsion tank fromy a satellite?

I remember a sailor telling me that he was on the Challenger recovery mission had picked up a 3 ft. diameter sphere. He tried to find out what it was, but they would not tell him. However, and permanent narrative of the event was made into his medical record. Hydrazine hazard?

“...alien in origin. They’ve come to harvest...”

You must mean illegal aliens from south of the border.

Somebody call SpaceX. They’ve been looking for a missing cryogenic helium pressurization tank since September 23.

Part of an elusive TR-3B ...

Wait now...I once owned a 1956 TR-3, but it didn't have any parts that looked like that! And I didn't know they made a "B" model.
