This is a mental illness and there is no cure or relief through surgery. This male needs to see a psychiatrist.
I do not hate this sick, sick man.
I DO hate those that use him as a weapon to further degrade and coarsen my culture so as to ultimately reduce us to a country of credulous, mouth-breathing dullards.
So yeah: I hate the elites. You should too!
Maybe he should try less plastic surger and more psychiatric therapy.

Yep. We used to help the mentally ill. Now we encourage them because we don’t have the knowledge or guts to stop them.
Yeah, mental illness. My wife let herself go gray in her early sixties. Acceptance of the fact of aging. Thinks it's nonsense to fool others into thinking you're 24 again. Time for boosting your self esteem is in your twenties, get a mate and settle down and let nature age you as it will.

He will never be happy. He wasn’t happy before, and he won’t be happy now.
That’s because the problem is in his head, not his body. There is no amount of body mutilation that is going to fix his problem.

Who goes to a doctor for a “procedure” who isn’t ill?

He will eventually. There aren’t enough surgeries in the world that will make him happy. Suicide will be his only way out some day. Sad, really.
