People don’t remember even back into their youths...what their parents said is irrelevant (”Nah, it won’t happen here!”).
When I lived on the coast in Oregon I used to lie in bed and watch the light fixture sway...due to little tremors.

Relocate the ‘refugee’ male moslems to the area and ‘settle’ them closer to their father ...
