When you see that much blonde hair on the floor, you know something is going on, says Nicole Butler, creative director and master colorist at Daniels Salon in Dupont Circle. During the notoriously slow month of November, her salon received a startling number of bookings, with at least three women a day sitting in her chair and asking for a drastic change, like cutting off six inches, going black, or going platinum. Usually stuff like this is planned for weeks and put on the books after several consultations, but this was very spontaneous, Butler says. It was like a mass declaration of independence. Clients, especially those over 40, expressed a feeling of loss and uncertainty, says Butler. Maybe this is some kind of compensation for not getting what we wanted in the election. By changing our hair, we can control the outcome.

This is good news. The more of this garbage the more people see the truth and the more they look elsewhere. It’s how he won the election and so far I’d bet he will easily win reelection. Also midterm election clout like maybe never seen before, if he performs well and I think he will. Growth will lift all boats quickly in this mess we have today. When I say I’d bet I’m not kidding. I bet a box of Omaha Steak filets Trump would easily win the primary and the win the general. I already made the bet 2 to 1 my favor that he wins reelection with the same guy. Also the fake news stuff is wearing thin for many.
Funny!
Just spend too time in New Emgland, you’ll see em all everywhere.
Nothing against gray though!
: )
yep
This explains Megyn Kelly’s hair cut. She’s a trend setter.
Subliminally, they’re trying to hide, to disguise themselves, kind of like cockroaches hiding when the light gets turned on.
You diet when upset? Talk about healthy habits ;-). I grind my teeth when stressed and the wear on my teeth is a problem. Guess that’s better than eating!!
Yep-a freeing thing is that it seems anything goes regarding hair and fashion. The rules are much looser than when I was younger.
“Women screw with their hair incessantly
they change color to change appearance and hide from their sins”
And, “The east coast liberal women who wear their long unkempt streaked gray hair along with their colored hose and Birkenstocks and their unmade faces will be improved by this.”
Hmm, not necessarily. This Southern conservative woman has had the same style for more decades than you have probably been alive. Down to my butt with a few strands of gray so no color from a bottle. No makeup. And it’s bare legs with bare feet or flip flops if shoes are required.
Well, if they are anything like the STRONG AND INDEPENDENTTM females we have up in the Pac NW, they are a bunch of entitled, bad-attitude aholes with degrees in BS like Womens' Studies, and can't figure out why nobody wants to marry them.
Many these days cut their hair to show they’re lesbian.
I’ll keep mine long.

The humanoid in the photo is Kelly Osbourne, spawn of Ozzie Osbourne.
Love to know what this means, other than you are so much smarter then us plebeians.
A few times, I’ve gotten so thin my mother threatened to “come up there” and make me eat. It’s not healthy. At least I haven’t worn down my teeth, though.
Seriously, though, I can’t see getting worked up over national events. Everyday life is tough enough. Elect a fried egg on toast. Elect Cthulhu. I won’t worry until it affects my Walmart.

Hey ladies...
Don’t forget to grow your armpit hair. That’ll show’em!
No telling what they got trimmed after the win by Bush...
The only time I’ve gotten too thin was during a baby step into an eating disorder-the rush from extreme control was exhilarating. Thankfully, I was old enough to recognize that my thoughts and behaviors were abnormal. I think it was divine intervention to protect my children from a totally sick mother as my husband was pulled away by work at that time and I was completely on my own to manage the home and the little children in it.
As far as people having mental breakdowns over this election, I believe that when people do not have their hope in Christ, they look for saviors in this world. Far too often their hope is in the president. We who place our hope in Christ don’t have to despair when politics don’t go our way, we know that the Lord holds this world in His capable hands.
If not for that I would have been a basket case for the past eight years!
