Seriously, reading the article, its as if the proprietors had no business acumen. Or even a desire to succeed. Done in by their own misguided beliefs
I'm reminded of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer just starts showing up at business meetings and getting assigned reports to write.
After awhile the Boss calls him in and tells Kramer he's being fired for poor quality.
Kramer: I can work harder.
Boss: No, it's not that. These reports ... it's like you have no business training at all!
Kramer: I don't even work here.
Boss: I know, that's what make this awkward.
