Published on Dec 6, 2016Brought to you by Desert Diamond: http://ddcaz.com Newell D. Normand is the current sheriff of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. He went on a PASSIONATE rant during press conference about road rage killing of former NFL player Joe McKnight in New Orleans. Normand says this was NOT an issue about race, and rants against the public who have turned on their elected government officials and law enforcement officers during this investigation. WARNING: Sheriff Normand uses the N word, the F word and other foul language while quoting things said about offi
Newell Normand usually uses profanity in his press conferences. It’s not passionate. It’s just being vulgar.
He makes Harry Lee look like Mr. Rogers.
That ran live on national TV.
Good for him! Call out these thugs.
Seems like self defense will be used by accused. Riots if he gets off, no doubt.
Very glad that he is not afraid to expose the truth. You’ll never fix a problem if you aren’t willing to say exactly what the problem is.
Just so we’re sure you aren’t libeling this good, brave man, would you mind posting some of his previous press conferences where he uses vulgarity? Should be easy since you say he ‘usually uses profanity’.
Harry Lee was a special kinda of human ... I miss him
The vulgarity is coming from the lynch mob. He’s only quoting them.
It sounds like he is calling out a wide variety of people in New Orleans, JP area.
“Seems like self defense will be used by accused.”
The accused will not be convicted by the State of Louisiana, but he will be bankrupted by the State of Louisiana.
Gone are the good ol’ days of Sheriff Lee, huh? ;-)
I didn’t save his press conferences and I doubt they’ve been saved anywhere on the internet. But I have heard his press conferences and he uses profanity quite a bit. I’m not libeling anyone. The fact that he was comfortable saying these words in this press conference shows that he is OK with using vulgar words.
I just use #### and ####### on FR :)
I’m not sure how you say those out loud. :)
I assume you just forgot to add /sarc, right.
He did not look comfortable. He was very upset. You obviously have an axe to grind with this good man. And in my opinion you are a liar because you could easily find any press conference where a sheriff use vulgarity. The reason you won’t find them is because they didn’t happen.
The vulgarity is coming from the lynch mob. Hes only quoting them.
......................................................
I know that. I was addressing another poster who libeled this man.
Nope. It’s the reality they face every single day from the hoods they patrol. He held up a mirror to their community.
Cops work on the streets, not inside church. He looks very fed up with the reaction to it all. His speech has a deliberate shock effect that will cause some of his critics to reconsider their accusatory tone.
The BLM left is never PC. Why is PC speech only expected from the righteous.
Why would I have an axe to grind just because I point out that this sheriff likes to use vulgarity in his press conferences? And, no, I haven’t heard other sheriffs use vulgarities in their press conferences. Sheriff Dave Clark, who is always on TV and radio, expresses himself with dignity and articulates what he has to say in a professional way. I’ve seen other local sheriffs conducting news conferences without using profane words. And yes, they did happen. You just don’t want to admit it. And I did find one where he used the term sh*tless, and the station had to bleep it out. The fact that this particular press conference that has made national news has been described as “bizarre” and laced with profanities and terms like the N word, shows that he has no problem using these terms in public.

Hey, Bramps. He’s a public figure. It’s only libel if you say something untrue, which I haven’t.
