About 250 demonstrators - split between BPS and college students - marched from the Common to the State House and City Hall today to urge Gov. Baker and Mayor Walsh to formally declare sanctuaries for not just undocumented immigrants but other minority groups, including lesbians, gays and transgender people as we move into the Trump era.

Where are the sanctuary cities for normal people ?
250!
BPS?
Boston Public Schools.
One sign says they have no place to go. Really? There are several hundred other countries in the world...have at it.
Wait until those high school girls have to register for selective service, if it comes to that. Man, they really will be making signs at that point.
For anyone unfamiliar with this web site, take a look around. Check out the various postings and the rantings by the average Bostonian.
Make sure to note the postings of the mod / owner too.
I am from Boston and even I am blown away by the smug, rude, condescending posts. The vast majority of the posters are extremely left wing and militant.
So, if you are looking for a day at the zoo and want to see the poo flinging leftists of Boston, take a gander.
You can even post and maybe, just maybe the mod / owner will let your comment go through.
Its a real trip.
I doubt that they're "SOUTHIES" and the college students, in those pictures, won 't make it, in the real world, anywhere!
Only 250???
Heck, in Boston you can get more folks than that for a Star Trek convention.
Figures. I was traveling in 1974 and was a bit turned around going through Boston. Stopped at what I later learned was the Commons to ask directions and got propositioned by about 6 “guys” - it is the only impression I have of Boston and it seems like it has gone even further downhill.
You must look fabulous to get so much attention, lol.
Were they dressed as Indians?
Not too bad at 64 (if you listen to my wife) but was a hard body and vital guy at 22....
