Even a retarded lawyer should be able to get him off.
The law is clearly on his side, the owner of the building is responsible for complying with the code, and code enforcement, who KNEW about the code violations in the building, are responsible for shutting the place down.
The lesbian communist Fire Chief and Mayor and fag in charge of the Building Department didn’t do their job, and people died as a result.
Just because this guy is a freak scumbag doesn’t change that fact.
