I am too, and my career is spent litigating in Federal Courts. Although I personally know attorneys who were sanctioned for filing pleadings with unfounded allegations as in this complaint, I also think that it is not impossible that somewhere there might be a federal judge inclined to take it seriously. However, I do find it impossible to believe that any Circuit Court of Appeal would not immediately reverse that ruling.
How does this compare to whatever worked in obtaining a fe’ral judge’s ruling in the affirmative in Michigan?
