The message of Indiana and Carrier is that 'taxation' is a job killer... and I do pray Trump keeps pounding that drum... I consider those special 'regulations' put in place for the profits of a few, taxation. The gated communities of Wall Street protectionism need to figure out we the people are on to their gaming US.
Obama ran against the 1%, Hillry could not with a straight face. I thought it was curious that Occupy and those anti- 1% miraculously melted against Trump.
The 1% elites supported the Butcheress 100%.
That said, let’s hope this tactic is at most a temporary stop gap.
The taxation rules should be broad and uniform. Special breaks for the favored are detrimental to allowing efficient operation and overall growth. Government should not be in the business of picking favorites and I,pending their competitors.
Taxation in general should be lowered. This doesn’t work well with set-asides and special breaks.

And simply by reversing many of the EPA regulations that were making it impossible for an HVAC company to build here, reversing labor regulations and other rules that were strangling business, it will get much better for many companies - without federal funds/tax breaks.
