Americans are taxed to the max, mandated to the ground and regulated to death. No conversation regarding 'taxation' should be limited to tax rates. A dairy farmer is NOT taxed and regulated or mandated the same as an air conditioner manufacturer. Have you heard California is regulating cow farts? Seriously?
California is a big dairy state, but how can you tax farts? In the end the taxpayers will pay for the ‘fart tax’, because the farmers will raise prices, because they aren’t going to pay that stupid tax.
