Co-co-co-co-contrails?
Its still there go to that map box and expand the area that it is on by one two or three times and you will see what I am talking about.
EXPAND area covered -
What am I lookin at?
My radar app is also showing a constant gap in the rain at Ft. Chaffee. Could be a glitch since it’s not moving or perhaps something that they’re doing there is stopping the return signal.
Yep....thats what happens when you land in the middle of the Ozark Mountains!
Ok, I think I figured it out. Here’s the unclassified version. Zoom out a couple times on the right side map and look at the white spot at the “m” in Fort Smith. The green rain moves across the map with the winds except for that white area near the “m”. The white area does change shape but the green never fully fills it in.
It’s not yo momma’s tinfoil anymore. It’s business and it’s been around for decades. Here’s a primer.

If it’s business, guess who lead the way.
All the way down south of I 30
Note with video option running it seems to break up the heavy bands in yellow and red north of Texarkana.
Notice how choppy the signal is to Ft. Smith's south. That shows that the terrain is bad for radar, like those in the Rockies.
Since Obama got his hands on it he’s figured out the drought knob, but the hurricane thang still just goes straight over his head.
Maybe.
The lines are very straight though.
We must be seeing different things. Maybe since I’m on a tablet they give me a low resolution image.
“...you will see what I am talking about.”
99% of us aren’t going to click through to try and figure out what’s got your hair on fire.
Karl tried, and now you’re yelling at him.
How about just explaining whatever it is you’re seeing?
A very early version was built at Eglin AFB, FL. When it caught fire the firemen and trucks showed up but the security refused them access and the place burned.
Pardon my failure to make certain. This is the page I intended to link to regarding the business of weather modification.

BOL!
Are grilled reindeer chops, tasty?
Look at http://www.usairnet.com/weather/radar/?station=KSRX which has more precise return data and click on the Animation Loop link. The radial lines appear going generally southward (assuming it is still raining when you go there).
