As a private charity, I think Dolly Parton’s operation will be less prone to fraud than a govt. program. Parton is an astute businesswoman, and I am fully confident that she can screen out the scammers.
I wouldn’t be surprised if obama or the liberal legislators of the state tried to put a Kibosh on Mrs partons help like so many states keep people from feeding the homeless or destitute !
