I thought the Supreme Court ruled in Bush v. Gore that selectively cherry picking precincts to recount was unconstitutional, it was either the entire state or nothing? Of course that may very be why the court threw out her suit, but that begs the question, why is she even filing frivolous suits then?

She’s running on fumes. If she ignores one state, the whole facade of her challenging the election ends and people start wanting refunds, but, just like Bernie: NO REFUNDS.

Stein finished FOURTH in Wisconsin. She would have to make up over a million votes to beat Trump. In what universe is this possible?
Laws regarding recounts should be rewritten to preclude this kind of nonsense.
Here is my rudimentary understanding of PA election laws. She did miss the state deadline; however, there were 5-6 counties that reported later than others. (Mostly heavily D counties like Montgomery.) She was able to file in those individual counties for a recount because of their late reporting. However, to get a statewide “recount”, she actually has to contest the election because she did miss the state deadline of Nov. 21 to request the statewide recount. So, the Dec. 5 court date will be for her to present her case to contest the election. People in “the know” in PA think this will get smacked down Monday because she has no evidence to support contesting.
