And even then there is no credible evidence that Trump has ever stated he would not prosecute Hill, or direct his AG to stand down. The only thing we have is a NY Times reporter who said that while in an off-the-record meeting he didn't in essence seem interested in doing so.

Hillry sure has to be squirming about her future... She knows full well IF the law is followed she will spend the rest of her flesh existence behind bars. Congress has in it hands the goods on her if they had a spine to follow their oath of office. They could request a ‘special prosecutor’ to prosecute the lawlessness of the Clintons. Will they? Probably not. They (Congress critters) are trying to figure out how in a Trump administration they can repay their super packed donors on the backs of ‘we the people’.
