That’s right. I am looking forward to hearing a big “Nyet” from the board. This contention by Stein is frivolous too.
I thought the earliest they could petition was Tuesday and if successful counting wouldn’t start until Thursday.
They should refuse Jill Stein’s request. She got 1% of the vote. How does she have standing to make the request. If Hillary wants a recount make her ask for one and pay for it.
So, was the estimated fee not paid?
Trump needs to zealously investigate the collusion between Hillary and Stein. This most surely exists, and is likely illegal.

No. Stein was too late (they called the office Wed.) and served the petition 2 hours before 5 PM Fri. There was no time to estimate the fee as Stein’s and La Rocha’s requests were too sweeping and vague.

Even though Jillary supposedly raised $7 million electronically, it normally takes several days/weeks to ACTUALLY put your hands on the CASH.
What did she use to pay for the recount — an IOU??
Wisconsin places no such provisions - anyone who receive a vote can ask for a recount. PA is the real firewall, as Stein will have to make a prima facie case that fraud exists - the other option of petitioning on a precinct level is no longer an option, the deadline for that was 11/21.
I wonder if the donors for this effort are eligible for a refund.

I wondered about that as well. I haven't seen any 'reporters' address this question.
