One way or another Trump will negotiate to achieve balanced trade.
Each year, millions of foreign brand cars are made in the U.S. That came about because the U.S. insisted that the Japanese build a certain percent of their U.S. sold product here.
And the Japanese in retaliation still insist that every American car imported into Japan has to be completely dismantled for inspection and then re-assembled before sale. That BS causes the American made car to cost 2 and 2.5 times its real price but allows the Japanese to claim that, no, they are not imposing tariffs. They aren't, just onerous retaliatory safety inspection regulations.
Hey Swordmaker, was that supposed to be an Apple list ping?
I could be wrong, but I can’t help thinking Tim Cook would be happy to sacrifice the best interest of Apple shareholders to hurt Trump
Yeah, it was. . . uh, oops
The latest Apple/Mac/iOS Pings can be found by searching Keyword "ApplePingList" on FreeRepublic's Search.

Ben are you still pimping that nonstory? Why don't you worry over our vets killing themselves off at the rate of three a day.
The only way Apple can move here is to robotacize the plants which FoxCon is already doing. Suicide rate among those robots is pretty low I think.
He has a hobby that he enjoys and likes to share it, so he buys them and gives them to his callers. Apple gives him nothing, in fact I doubt you could find one Apple employee that has ever listened to one word he has said.
Can you provide a Link that verifies that statement please? Don't think it is true, though it should be.
Excellent question. Maybe because he has used BOTH Apple and MSFT and sees what the everyday experience can be like.
I did R&D for 25 years in the computer industry. I know more about the motherboard, processor and memory operations and how memory space is utilized during OS calls and file transfers (deep driver operations) than 99.5% of the population. I was on the team designing the first 64 bit processor internals and memory transfers 15 years ago. I lived and breathed Windows as part of my livelihood. At the very low levels.
When Win8 originally came out and removed the " Start" button, I decided to try my first Mac. After 5 years, I am never going back to Windows. The reliability is phenomenal. The support is even better. My Apple oducts transfer my files back and forth between my Mac, phone and iPad almost magically. I never need to reboot endlessly to make a basic function resume, or start working. It simply always works. Imagine never needing to rebuild your OS again because a disk crashed. You have to experience it to believe in. And when you do; you will be furious at MSFT for how badly they lack the basic things MAC users take for granted. Like gestures that work, are intuitive and are built into the OS.
