Auburn could beat a beat up, lethargic Bama. Bama can beat Bama. I am concerned about a number of injured Bama players going into this weekend. But we shall see.
I’m not a “fan” of any team, so I don’t indulge in chest thumping. The Big 10 has a little way to go before winning conference games is all that impressive. Meyer and Harbaugh (and perhaps the coach at Wisconsin), though, may be in the process turning the Big 10 into the next dominant conference. I’m from the PAC 12 area, but I don’t understand the irrational hatred of the SEC. For now it is obviously THE power conference. Almost any team in the SEC West, and half the teams in the SEC East would be highly competitive in any conference. Dominance doesn’t last forever, though, and with the great coaches in the SEC getting long in the tooth, my money would be on the Big 10 in about 3-5 years. This year, however, OSU and Michigan have lost to, and have had close games with, mediocre teams. Either could beat Alabama, but only if Alabama doesn’t play well. Bear in mind that last year Alabama beat Clemson even though only its offense and special teams showed up to play.
Unless you have lived in Alabama for as few years, you cannot comprehend the gravity of the up coming Auburn-Alabama game. Florida will be watching very closely ...
I wonder if there is a reason why they call themselves as “The Ohio State University.” It seems that any other university or college could include “The” in their title, but I’ve only heard this with Ohio State.
Anything can happen in the Iron Bowl. The year Auburn won the National Championship, Auburn came from behind and won. It took serious injuries to key players during that game. But it happened at Bryant Denny.
A friend of mine said the recent injuries is just a 'feign' by Sabin.
Probably the top 10 teams in the NFL. The next ten would be toss up, and the bottom 12 wouldn’t have a chance
